Many fans of Grappa , few familiar with: it is so used to seeing it in our homes that are not stimulated to deepen its knowledge, its history, its tradition. Yet the Grappa is an integral part of the food and wine culture of our country and for this deserves to be studied.
And 'from this awareness, that the Poli family - the fourth generation of distillers - is committed to creating spaces, real or virtual, where you can approach the world of Grappa.
This commitment has been reflected already twenty years ago with the founding of the first Museum of Grappa in Italy, located a stone's throw from the picturesque Ponte Vecchio in Bassano del Grappa (VI).
The reasons that prompted the family to establish the Poli Grappa Museum, are the same today, which led to the creation of the portal Grappa.com: identify a space where you can find notions of historical, technical, and the sensory world of Grappa.
